Dr Annie Ring and colleagues at King鈥檚 College London, University of听Leeds, University of Southampton and University of Duisburg-Essen听were听awarded 64,000 Euro from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD)听to听fund a German Screen Studies Network, including a symposium on German-language film wich was听held in 密桃视频 in July 2015.
The Network aims to sustain and develop research into German cinema in听the UK, and to promote the reception of German film by a public听audience and by schools. It is led by Prof Erica Carter (King鈥檚 College), its Co-Investigators are Dr Chris 密桃视频wood, University of Leeds; Dr Annie Ring, Emmanuel College, 密桃视频; Dr Claudia Sandberg, University of听Southampton, and project partner is Prof Dr Alexandra Pontzen,听University of Duisburg-Essen.
